Note: If the student is under 18 years of age, be sure to have both parents or legal guardian(s) available and participating in the process at your computer, since it is necessary for student and parent(s)/guardian(s) to provide consent via electronic signature for use of the program and facilities. Alternatively, you may pick-up (or view and print from this web site) and Drop-off a completed Student Registration Packet, which includes the Student Registration Form; Waiver, Release of Liability, Indemnification and Consent to Medical Attention; Code of Conduct agreement; voluntary disclosure of demographic information; and, a copy of the Enumclaw + Black Diamond Tutors Privacy Policy. You may pick-up a registration packet or paper copy of any of these documents and publications from a participating school site or one of our drop-in tutoring centers. Return completed documents to Enumclaw + Black Diamond Tutoring Program. Virtual CampusWe have established a Virtual Campus accessible via our web site (www.enumclawtutors.org). After free registration, students can log into the campus and seek help from class forums or directly from any subject matter tutors available during the time they log-in. If they need help beyond the forums and there is not a tutor currently available online, they can submit a request for help and a tutor will contact them via e-mail within 48 hours. |
