Tutors are screened via an application process including national background checks of both criminal and sex offenders registries,
conducted by Intellicorp©. Tutors are given training in learning styles and inquiry-based learning techniques, and are also trained
in school district specific teaching and instruction frameworks.
Tutoring staff is locally recruited from:
- Business
- Community-At-Large
- Parents
- High-performing Students
- Local Organizations (Rotary, Kiwanis, PTA, etc.)
- Community College and local University teaching programs
